New install V7 on DS 4.8, doesn't load V7

/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis 3/Female/Morphs/DAZ 3D/Base/PBMNavel.dsf

It says the above files are missing.  How to fix this?  (All installed on Win10 today using Install Manager 1.1.0.41)

(In parallel, I have the problem of the default scene trying to load a file that doesn't exist:

I have installed Genesis Starter Essentials, again using Install Manager as above.)​

EDIT: ​In C:/Users/steve/Documents there is no DAZ 3D folder.  Worth noting: the machine is Win7 Pro-64 French, upgraded to Win10 Pro-64 French.

OK, never mind.  The other thread, "Genesis 3 will not load. :(" had the answer, at least for the VIctoria 7 part.  I'll look to see what happened to the default scene.
