Reality 4 daz studio

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi purchased Reality 4for DAZ STUDIO have installed and registered it where do I open it .

    Did you follow the quickstart video on the product page?  http://www.daz3d.com/reality-4-daz-studio-edition

    ...or is it just missing where it says it should be?

    Click "Render" on the toolbar , then selcet "reality Render Editor" from the list.That should open Reality.

    Hi thanks for fast responce its not showing up when clicking on render. it shows up in plugins

    Thanks fast reply i have done that but its not there it shows up in plugins as it should

    You may need to add it manually to the menu.

    with Studio open, press F3 or clcik Window>Workspace>Customize

    Scroll down to the Reality entry on the left pane, open it by pressing the little + mark

    on the right pane, click the middle tab at the top to open the "Menus" section.Press the + in front f the "Main Menu" item at the top.under "Main Menu"  expand the "Render" item.Now you can drag and drop the Reality entry ( the one with the icon) from the left pane on to the "Render" menu on the right.Click "Apply" then click "Accept".You may need to restart Studio for the new item to show up in the list.

    Thanks for your fast reply I was looking under wrong Render tab I was looking under render tab next to lights and cameras not in main menu. Only difference was reality entry never had an icon only & in front but seems to be working ok once again thanks for you fast and very help full reply
