The title may be slightly off, and it may be difficult to really get a whole thing just for that in higher quality, but think of facepalm-like poses, i.e. one hand on the forehead /ish.

E.g. contexts.

- Typical fun / conversational, possibly standing.

- Commentary-like while watching. A) Will it be alright? B) OMG C) ...

- Sensei sitting on a table calm but without much of a clue or say, perhaps people are going astray, language or reason not available, like a mid-last resort, i.e. being seen, like a symbol, when language fails (or is assumed to fail). Rather deep empathy than "foolish you".

- Sensei / diplomat / scientist / family head-ish ... (2): everyone is detached from sense while running in circles.

- Generally thoughtful, sunken in thought.

- Classic greek thoughtful.

- Trying to calm / focusing on regeneration.

- Trying to concentrate, before embarking on some kind of a project.

- Deep thought ... surprise being addressed?

- Fever?

- Chess player? Not the full palm on head, but more like a sunshade, looking onto the table, either analyzing or obstructing the view, maybe both, maybe....

- "Lightweight" variants, like not the full area of a hand, but maybe 1-N fingers, while in thought, or reflecting during a conversation.

- Advanced variants during interaction/conversation. Like almost any of the above, but with expressions (eyes foremost, but more possible), like making some contact, relating to "the context" or "the person in front", or "being edressed", ...

- Could include "asking oneself" variants, i.e. not  the forehad, but around the mouth area. Nose...  (There are also potentially funny variants...)

- Considering the above... distorted in thought?  Biting a finger? Almost picking your nose... be creative!

- Rowan Atkinson-sh / chess player / slightly delayed yet potentially cunning / "I might go THERE!"...

- (Or both hands hands above the head for "oh..." / ...)

- (Both hands anyway? ...)

- ...
