FBX and Collada seems to export a bad quality mesh and rig seems to be incompatible with Houdini. I had to import the Obj and retexturize but I'm having problems with the eyes, the lashes are solved but I can't make the iris, pupil etc look properly.

Which figure? The figures before Genesis 3 Female used a form of rigging that was not compatible with FBX (or most other applications) so they had to convert to general weight maps with inevitable loss of quality.

What formats are you trying to use?
OBJ does not carry rigging information, so it wont work, FBX or DAE (Collada) are your best bet, have you tried these?
What character are you trying to export, Houdini probably does not use the same rigging system as DAZ Studio anyway?
FBX will work but you would have to manually add the textures
I had Houdini apprentice once on my PC and was able to bring rigged DAZ content in but have removed it long ago
