    Haven't seen it before or I have a bad memory ~ but HH is quite proficient in making lots of stuffs incl. wearbles / accessories, maybe it's just in his possession by now... If you got no answer and really wanna know, you may directly PM him if you've bought this Belle~ cool

    If you check out HH's thread in the Commercial Products forum: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/616561/hh-belle-for-genesis-9-commercial/p1 you'll see he talks about the outfit that he's working on. It's likely this choker is part of that outfit so it may be just a case of waiting :)
