Hi, I have a large file I can't load anymore, it crashes with ACCESS_VIOLATION. Another file with the same models loads fine. Am I scewed? Also, is there a way to load models with smoothing modifiers turned off?

It looks, on the face of it, as if there might be an issue with a morph (perhaps one that is used in that scene but not others).
Thanks, any way to fix it?
I don't know - if you remember what you used you might be able to temporarily unisntal the product (assuming it was a product) or manaully remove the .dsf file. But a modifier could also be a dForm or dForce, or even a joint, and the only way to fix most of those would be to hack the .duf file. Do you have a back up of an earlier version of the scene (or even the current version, in case it's a file corruption issue)?
yes, it would involve decompressing it and editing its text?
Yes, potentially.
