Random Scene generator

I would love to see someone develop a tool that looked at your installed items and would randomly select and place them, based on tags, theme prompts, etc. So for example, if I said, "Haunted castle, a long haired elven girl in a black dress pausing at the entryway stairs" it would be able to sort though assets and create a scene based on the input.

Why not just use an AI art generator in that case?
