Trouble Installing the Medieval Winery

The installer (pc) for the Medieval Winery is not working for me. When clicked nothing happens. I contacted support a week ago and have hear nothing, I wondered if anyone else has had an issue or knows a work around to get it working?

    Unfortunately, I don't have that product. I would reset your download and attempt a new one though.

    What browser are you using to download? Can you try with a different browser?

    Using a different browser didn't work. (FF or IE)

    Tech services came thru and fixed the installer.

    Thanks for the suggestions though
