Duplicate Formulas / no Uninstallers - how to repair it?

Soooo... I guess it sure was posted somewhere before, I didn't find it ... sorry.
I install my content without uninstallers... so I can't just go and uninstall al the duplicate stuff via them. I know I can find the 'problemchilds' in my Logfile, but after that... I know next to nothing. What exactly do I have to do now? Do I have to delete the dsf files? Do I have to delete more? Is there any Tutorial or whatever for Dummies like me?
Any hint, link or solution will be very much appreciated :)

You have to find the files referenced in the log files, remove them from your hard drive and re-install the latest version of the product they came with.
You could re-run the original installers if you still have them to tell them to create the uninstaller, and then run that.
Thank you both for your quick and helpfull answers :)

Duplicate Formulas = Duplicate Morphs in different directories
Duplicate IDs = content bug in the dsf/duf.
Ah, sorry!
Howdy,
Would anyone know where the log flies reside on a Mac?
Cheers,
They are in ~Library/Application Support/DAZ 3D/Studio4 (that is the Library folder in your user folder, and not /Library which is at the top of your hard drive.)
If you can't find it, press the alt key while clicking the Go menu in Finder and it will appear on the menu. (It is invisible by default since OS X 10.7 Lion.)
To make it permanently visible, open it from the Go menu as described above, and drag it to the Finder sidebar, or open terminal and type
Thanks Gavin,
Much appreciated.
