Trying to download content that I bought

I am not sure what I am doing wrong when downloading this content it gives me an error saying: 

• Install Manager cannot find a required path. The package for "Country Lane" requires that the installed path for "Carrara 8.5, 8, 7.2, 7, 6" be defined. Make sure that a path for this application is present on the "Applications" page of the "Settings" dialog, then try again.

I can download them all but when I go to click install it says Install failed and gives me this message.

If somebody can help me with this that would be great.

Those look to be for Carrara.If you bought Carrara, then you just need to let DIM know where it is installed by clicking the little gear icon and then on the "Applications" tab add carrara to the list.
