New release question

Hi all,

I am probably befuddled, but I bought The Waterfall 2 days ago and am not seeing the Bonus Grab items at $3.99 when I put them in my cart. It does say that would happen if I had bought as new release in the last 3 days. Was The Waterfall not part of that? Thanks!

Hmmm... some of the items in the weekly freebies are not free, either... Am I just too early and the webworkers are not yet done, I wonder? :D

    The Bonus Grab Bag category doesn't seem to work properly today, I purchased newly mad and stil mad releases two days ago and don't see the discount either. I'll report in in the sales issues thread.

    reported. For what it's worth, the Grabbag items are discounting for me having purchased one day ago so I suspect the issue is the qualifying item list.

    Could be that or which days it checks, since both OP's and my purchase were 2 days ago and yours was yesterday.

     My last purchase of a "featured item" was two days ago and I am seeing the grab bag items for $3.99. So, it may be more of a function of what "featured items" were purchased rather than what day you purchased them.

    From what I understand and from what I've seen in my own carts, if you buy Still New release, you only get the discount for the day. Only Featured New Release (so, I'm guessing the day of the item's premiere) give you three days of 3.99 grab bags. So if you purchased the Waterfall on any other day than 2023-04-03 when it was released, then it only counted for grab bags for that day.

    Here's my cart; some items are free, some still $1.99 ... The $3.99 ones are the other grab bag.

    Those two were still mad rather than debut mad, having read the previous posts it may be that they don't count as featured New but I will try to get clarification.
