I'm looking for a loose scarf or collar similar to this art piece (I was given the AI picture and am trying to re-make it in daz)

I went through my runtime and found some items. Not sure if these will help or not. Also the coat looks like one that I am listing below but I could be way off.

I see, so Mary's "dforce-indian-scarf" suggestion is not too far off the mark. Maybe play around with it's scale before simulation.

Or maybe a tie from a Sailor uniform. You could apply your own material to give lace effect.
