I see she has two hairy caterpillars lying in state glued to her face.
After looking at the Linday store, I noticed she teams up with Mousso on bundles. Some of them look like that model who seems to appear in other promos. It may be possible she is morphed slightly from a Mousso model?
Kinda looks like a customized Millawa to me.
When I saw her, I immediately thought of Lucia by Mousso. But I could be wrong.

I think some of it was also used in promos for dForce Wet Style Curly Hair for Genesis 8 and 9.
Looks like Twosret 8 with some tweaks and different skin.
