Hiding a section of clothing

There's this superhero bodysuit for G9 I was interested in buying, but I wanted just the main bodysuit to show without the top shoulder, neck and arms section.
However it's apparently all one model.   So I was wondering if there is either an easy way to remove or make that upper section invisible?
Thanks!

I think an opacity mask which should take seconds to make would work best!

Okay, thanks, I'll give that a try.
It sounds much easier than opening the model up in a 3D modelling software, and trying to remove that section from rest of the model.

In Scene select the outfit, the section you mention looks like a seperate piece so might have seperate material zones that can be hidden in surfaces, can set opacity/cutout to zero.

Okay thanks, but I think it's all one piece.  I checked the details for the product, and the three pieces it mentions is bra, leggings and top (body suit).  And the bra is a seperate piece from the main body suit which goes on the outside of the body suit. (see attached image).  But I'll check if it has seperate material zones.  Thanks!
