Would somebody PLEASE Explain the easter eggs to me?

OK, I got and downloaded the first easter egg. The three easter eggs looked just like the first one, and I thought I already had them. Didn't click on them. Then there was a hair product, and I got that, but when I tried to download it, it wasn't there. I asked sales support and their answer made no sense. So I got the next egg, but again, no download, though I tried as soon as I got it. So is it a real product that you really get, or you only get one if you have all four?

I guess I'm just a freaking moron, because I have no idea how this works. I realize these things only apply for the day they're on sale, but does that mean you have to get all four of them or you don't get any of them? So why was I able to get the first shader egg? I'm confused.

I know Daz is trying to get people to come in every day and buy something -- but I thought that was what the tokens were for. But the main thing this egg deal is doing is making me mad. They need to do a better job explaining this. I assume you all are smarter than I am. Please explain to this idiot.
