As I see it's not in the artist's store, nor in the list recommended so there is a pretty high chance it's not a daz3d item.

If that is indeed the jacket, it still needs to be imported and rigged and/or have dforce enabled, so no, you can't just buy it and load and go like products in the DAZ store
