I don't understand.  This is the description from the product page "Sleep under the stars at Nihi Sumba Island
Typical Sumba bed positioned in the middle of the terrace and offering incredible views of the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean"

Is the HDRI of the "incredible views of the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean" included with the product?  Why does it say "Sleep under the stars" when the scenery shown is of bright daylight, and there is a solid roof over the bed?

No HDRI comes with this product and none is described in the list of contents.

I assume that they are using the phrase simply because the product is, despite the roof, an outside bed. Also, you do not see many nighttime promo images as it is tough to make them look good and show off the product.
