camera question

Hello again.  So I am building a movie or trying to.  wanting to go from camera one and switch in the animated timeline to camera two.  Is there a way to do this?  How do you switch cameras in your animation?  I start with camera one.  Drag the time line and switch to camera two and drag the time line to the end.  When I hit play, I only get camera two perspective.  Wondering how to switch cameras in the time line.  I have movie maker but you have to go with the pre-made camera settings.  I can't even get those to work right??

Render two sequences and join them together - it's a good idea to render to an image sequence rather than direct to a final animation anyway.
