Try opening some other programs and see if the problem persists. Could be a computer/video card setting.
Could be that this day is a good day to rest your eyes. Blurry vision can be caused by overuse of computers/tablets/etc. as per a recent publication.
If all is well with the other programs, post an image of what you're talking about please so we can see the problem too.
Eyes working ok so do other programs this is what the tools look like in both versions 32 and 64. worked fine up until today with no new installs or system changes. Win 7 sp1 16gb ram 64bit system i3 2350m cpu 2.30 ghz I have been using Daz with both versions with no issues on this comp.

It looks like the graphics icons got messed up or something. Everything else looks crisp and clear, but even the icons that don't have text look like they've been hit with the photoshop "smudge" tool.
Perhaps go into DIM and uninstall then re-install Daz (just Daz, don't need to redo the content)
This may or not help ... it has with some display issues of tabs simply not appearing ... to change the workspace "layout". [like from City to Hollywood] Change it to anything else, then change it back to the desired view.
