I have a little problem of what to do to remove the noise.
On the scene is the EU2 + set quality 4Hi (5% intesity) and UberAreaLight with 300% intencity.
uberEnvironment 2? What is the Maximum Trace Distance (in the Light pane, or the Light group in the Parametrs pane)? If it's still the default 150 (cm) then the small size of the room may mean very little light is getting in, causing the effective samples (which are one of the primary settings for noise) to be rather low whatever the parameter says. For an enclosed space like this I would lower the Maximum Trace Distacne a fair bit - try something really low, like 20, to start with (that will just give shadowing in tight corners) and if that looks wrong raise it a bit at a time (assuming it reduces the noise).

I changed nothing in the EU2 except light intensity, noticed that a higher number of samples in Arealight Plan helps a little but longer rendering.

I think you can lower the shading rate to fix this.

Yes, the default value is possibly too high so try lowering it as I suggested. It may not be the problem, but it sounds plausible (to me).
