I got errors. 'Some assets meed to....'

Hi all.

I got errors about products of haire 'Micah Hair Frizzies - Realistic Hair Augmentation for DAZ Studio' and 'Total Updo'.

Micah Hair Frizzies displays me 'Some assets meed to load....could not be found:  /data/AprilYSH/MicahGenesis/MicahHairG2M/aprilyshMicahG2M_67576.dsf' when I clicked hire icon in files window.

Total Updo didn't appear in files window.

Someone knows how do I fix them?

  • I took a look at that product and it looks like the 'Micah Hair Frizzies' requires the http://www.daz3d.com/micah-hair product in order to load correctly. If you look at the 'Micah Hair Frizzies' product in the store you will see it is listed as a required product.

Those hair products are also very old, so you may get better results from your renders if you use newer items such as these: http://www.daz3d.com/hair-genesis-3

  • Hello DAZ_Rawb.

    Oops...  I got it.
Thank you so much for your valuable information.

Uhm ... the Frizzies products are new - the sku is 21536 ... and they do sure make the older hairs look good.

You are totally correct, I think I accidentally opened the "Total Updo" hair and looked at it's compatibilities and used it for both.

@vwomen666 : "Micah Hair" and the "Micah Hair Frizzies" are both recent products so they should work great for rendering.

  • Thanks again to Kerya & DAZ_Rawb.

I'm going to buy a "Micah Hair.

About "Total Updo"... I'll continue to search how to use.

Are you talking about this http://www.daz3d.com/total-updo ?

This one you will find in your Poser content/Runtime.

It really is an older product, from a time when people didn't make DazStudio content.

I don't have it, but I have other Lisbeth hairs and they are looking quite good with modern renders too.
