Hair Problem

So i boght this hair and i even tried another hair from same creator/vendor AprilYSH and they all become white in blender. i was looking at textures nodes but have no idea what to even fix or where to start. I love the hair on this but if anyone know how to fix please let me know if you experience same problem

And how are you getting the hair into blender? All methods will have limitations although some more than others and require adjustments
