G2M Gens weird problem

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what's causing this to happen. The surfaces of the gen prop and the hip are identical. I've tried using the hip surface as a shader. A properties preset. I've removed ALL shaders and put it on dzDefault matte. Nothing works the gens glow in the veiwport and render solid white in both iray and 3delight. I've never seen an issue like this before. No ambiance. The ambiance is at 0% black. i mean.. its just a surface, but its actling like its got a mind of its own. It wont obey anything I tell it to do.These two surfaces have perfectly identical settings across the board. But clearly.. You can see, the gen hip is still white. Even with perfectly identical settings.

  • You are applying the material preset or texture for the genitals? The male genitals don't take the same textures as the body.

I had this happen with a g2m head texture and it was a problem with Daz assigning a different gamma to the diffuse image. I fixed it by right clicking on the diffuse image, opening the image editor and setting the gamma to the same as the other textures. Not sure if this is your problem, but worth a check maybe.
