Most of the assets I'm installing through CPA are in Lost and Found section, is there any way to fix this ? Earlier I didnt faced this issue but now it has become more common

You need metadata. CPA does not create any, so you would have been in this situation all along. Anyway, you can add metadata with a right-click to get you to the Content DB Editor ("Edit Metadata..."). There is a way using drag-and-drop, but I have not tried it. There are many discussions on the subject...
