Hello, I have just realized what the problem was with a certain product that didn't work (It was an addon texture pack -- the mesh wasn't purchased), any way to cancel the tech support request I submitted earlier?

If you go to https://bugs.daz3d.com/hc/en-us , click the Sign In button at top-right if necessary, then click your name at top-right and select my Activities you should be able to see your open tickets - open the one you want to close, scroll down to the bottom, and check the Please consider this request solved box then click Submit to apply it.
