Well, don't I feel special.

But, I do have a screenshot to support my question. I downloaded the latest version of DAZ Studio and installed the Genesis 3 Female Starter Essentials. I seem to have everything but the figure itself. I even opened up my People folder in Windows Explorer and the files are indeed missing. Anyone experience a similar issue?

How did you install the Starter Essentials?

It didn't show up in my normal DIM list so I went on the website to the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials product page and clicked "download and install".

Are other items you've installed working correctly?

  • Interesting. Poses work but the clothes don't.

You can also get them from your Product Library, or should be able to:  https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_21630

You can try to uninstall and install again.

  • Thank you for the help Mike and Cris. I discovered the problem. The files are going to the default locations on C: but I have the rest of my content on my E: drive and there seems to be a confusion in the program about that. Any quick fix for that?

  • Never mind. I remembered I could add a directory to the library list. So we're all good now. Cheers!
