I use Comic Life to add speech balloons after my renders. Is there any products that will allow me to add the dialogues in DAZ during the render?

You can export Comic Life work to images, put images on planes in D/S.

Everyone can decide for themselves but placing balloons in the renders can be problematic,  you lose the opportunity to edit later,  whereas if you leave the render with just artwork, and then plan the word balloons as a 2D post work step ,  you have more flexibility and can change and edit the panels and the page flow later in the development process.
