Help With "On The Beach"

Does anyone have "On The Beach" who can help me?  This product doesn't seem to come with a skydome--when I load the scene and try to render it I just get a checkerboard background--under the water too.  I have some skydomes--but how would you render it?  Is the an iRay setting that will create a sky?  Do I have to set a background color not to see a transparency below the water?  Please advise.

If you are using an HDR image to lght the scene simply turn on Draw Dome in Render Settings>Environment. However, an inland HDR is going to look odd under the water so you may want to substitute some kind of ground plane there, or at least find a marine HDR.
