Will Daz Studio work after Windows 10 upgrade?

Forgive me if this question has been answered elsewhere, but I couldn't seem to find the definitive answer in previous discussions. I heard from somewhere that a user had issues with Daz studio after upgrading to Windows 10, so I haven't bothered to do so, as Windows 7 does everything I need it to and I can't afford to upset the apple cart at this stage (I'm not a techno wiz with the computer when things stuff up). I rely on Daz studio with my graphic work. However I keep getting the prompts to upgrade to Windows 10 for free and so it continues to be on my mind. Has anyone had problems with Daz after upgrading to Windows 10? My computer is an aging AMD FX 4100 quad core with 8GB ram.

If you don't want the win 10 upgrade you will need to uninstall KB3035583 and KB2952664 from your update history and that will get rid of the direct upgrade path. As far as I know DS should be working fine on Win10. Several users are using it with no issues. Others using it may be able to voice in here to give you a better answer.
No problems with a Phenom II X6, with 8GB.
I'm not thrilled with Win10, but it's running Daz fine.
And then always watch out for them coming back — there are reports that a recent Windows Update update will re-queue them.
Also, and this is something I'd like to see the pro-Win10 people successfully refute, this month's batch of updates automatically included the "optional" Win10 itself, although I'd never approved it. I deselected it, hid it, closed Update, re-opened it...
...and the automatically selected update was back. You have to deselect, hide, then immediately run all the other updates, otherwise you might find yourself being decimated.
The Windows 10 upgrade appears in Windows Update, it can be deselected if you want to isntall from theer; it won't attempt to install itself as part of an automatic update on shutdown and restart.
Read my second paragraph again — it did its very best to run without my approval. I've never seen optional updates automatically selected before, and if you try to look again after unselecting and hiding, all of a sudden it's unhidden and selected. This behaviour makes me uneasy.
Yes, it is re-enables itself if you use Windows Update to apply updates but it hasn't - for me - made any attempt to install itself as Windows shuts down with updates pending and no user-intervention, which is what I meant by automatic updates.
I'm giving Win10 another chance... after doing a 'reset,' it seems to have managed a cleaner install than I had previously. Among other things, updates actually 'took' (I discovered there was a big 'cumulative update' that had failed repeatedly for a month+. Not that it was designed to tell me that)
i like windows 10 just fine, but ever since i installed it, daz studio won't render. i don't render in daz studio anyway, so its a minor annoyance. it would be nice if i could get a quick look at an object before i export though.
Works fine. I still have smaller issues with DAZ but had them already before win10 so it is not the trouble maker. Only thing to keep in mind or to change: win10 updates anytime it wants and that may slow down your computer during times you do not want it to happen. May be you can set a specific time (have not tried it).
You can definitely get Windows 10 not to update unless you tell it to, in several ways. Just remember to then update it regularly when you DO want it to. ;)
