Arm wraps?

I have seen this and the arm wraps in the promo images are just what I have been looking for. Just...cant find what item they belong to.

I looked at the "Additional products used in promo images" but didnt see them.

Any idea what package they come in?

Sorry I should have been more specific. In the promo with the orange arm wrap. The blackguard outfit I have.
Is the arm wrap that goes down to the hand and around the hand.
