    that texture doesn't look too hard to draw with MSpaint cheeky

    pretty sure there are plenty of dresses and belts you could repurpose and retexture

    Agreed, That is a very standard type dress design,  the challenge is finding a high contrast colorful graphic print as a shader that could be applied to the surface.
