What has happened to my DAZ?

Suddenly, the interface is all white and impossble to work with..What went wrong and how do I fix it?

    Looks like you installed the update while Studio was running. Close it and try again.

    You need to check with the Task Manager that DS is no longer running. When Task Manager shows, DS is not running anymore, then and only then can you update.

    It may take a long time, sometimes 10-20 minutes for DS to close.

    Or you could just restart the computer, which would only take a few minutes.

    You can also end the task in task manager, I've done that for years and never had a problem.
