DAZ 4.5 content management service will not install

When I install DAZ 4.5, it goes to install the CMS ind I get and error message saying to contact support. I have tried installing and uninstalling over and over, and have tried both the default and custom installs.
This has occured while sleuthing out the Duplicate ID probem on my system for the last 3 days. In doing so, I have deleted theCMS using the uninstaller.
Anyone have any ideas on where to start, ot things to try?

    Did you uninstall the 4.0 CMS before trying to install this one? You have to uninstall it separately than the main app

    I was able to just now correct the situation. Not positive how, but I did a system restore to a week ago, recovered two files from the recycle bin, then installed 4.5
    All seems well now after 2 days. Phew!!!
    I also found why some of my genesis content was showing up without finding geometry.
