1892... Was that a good year???  lol.   I don't know HOW you keep track of it all PerttiA

Nothing to keep track of, I just check the sales selections and filter for wishlist items, if the items get good enough discounts in the cart, Daz gets some of my money.

ah.. you must have the ADD-ON... I've not paid for that feature.  I can't filter wishlist items anymore since it went to pay subscription :(

Nope, I use Opera based browser and apparently the process to get Opera add-ons published on the store, let alone updating the existing ones, is so painful and slow that they haven't done it since Daz-Deals 2.5.1 and that one still has the wishlist and owned filters

  • I recently figured that a new feature made deleting things from the wishlist easier, thank goodness. I had a lot of stuff in the list that I'd later bought through bundles, but that doesn't automatically take them out.

Anywho, despite that and thanks to adding more to my wishlist ALL the time, it's now at over 4250. blushAnd no, I don't think I need all of those!? Haha. I just drop anything remotely interesting into the wishlist for 'bookmarking'... Like PerttiA, it just makes browsing sale selections so much easier... wink

Lucky you... I'm jealous... I spend waaaaaaaaaay too much time shopping anyway... lol.  My purse needs a break... (takes a breath)  ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Well, the downside of reducing my wishlist to nearly zero is that there are only a few new items and nothing eligible for the wishlist sale. Oh well probably just as well. I have spent too much already and need to save some pennies.

I was thinking the same thing.. With a smallish wish list (mostly new stuff) I'm saving money... right?  lol

Well my wishlist is back up and with the tokens going away I'm gonna need to wait for some giant sales to help it get back down again.  lol

Ok.. just checking... Since I learned that the FREE advent gifts look at your wishlist to finds stuff to give me free.. I've been packing it with DO items... My wishlist is now up the biggest it's ever been... 265!  But it does seem to be working.  I'm at least getting things I'm interested in for the advent freebies/2.99 gift tab.  :)

  • My wishlist has ballooned from about 10 to near 70 since the end of the Daz+ sales (and most especially tokens).

yeah... and the more I look at the forums... the bigger my list is getting... sheesh... I'm wondering if I should ditch the list after Advent or are there other events that use my wishlist for gifts throughout the year?  decisions.. decisions... lol

  • I am bringing this thread back from the dead to proudly announce that I have just dropped my wishlist down to 2 items, both of which are new in the last two or three days. I would've saved a bit waiting for the next big sale, but I got a fair price on the lot, most of which were new since February, and I decided that maybe this is what I need - as I put it in a conversation with someone elsewhere - to stop shopping and start arting.

If I'm not going to buy something for 80%-90% off the list price, when will I buy it?

When it's 94-97% off. laugh If you truly don't want the thing, then you won't buy it even then. And it's probably also not on your wishlist. Sorry. Helping to keep the zombie up and walking around.

    Yikes! That is next-level...

My WL peaked at 1300 items and is currently sitting in the 1290s. It used to be in the 800s, but I've been growing it. This even as I'm buying stuff. surprise  I may tour and drop a few things, but not sure that will help. Also, the number of items is low because I've got a fair number of bundles in there.

  • tsroemitsroemi Posts: 2,744

I brought my WL down to under 120 items again with the latest WL sale - had put a bunch of luuuverly newly arrived Lully dresses in there which were already cheap, and then with the sale, they were like 2,50 each, so ... Will now try to keep the WL under 120 again permanently because that way, I have a nice selection if any good sale rolls around, but it's not so much that it makes me shop constantly. Also, if I put the settings on 120 items per page, I can see everything at once which also helps keeping track of things.

It is amazing to me how everyones' WL goes up and down.  I put old stuff on the list on purpose in case stuff goes on sale really cheap or I need a freebie item like at Christmas... But really i've made a commitment to only buy G9 stuff or scenes/shaders...etc.

Llola, my WL downs are obliterated so quickly, that my WL only seems to be going up! surprise

When you started this thread, I was 4000 something. I just checked and it's now over 5000... surprise Not sure whether I should cry or laugh. I guess I just keep throwing everything in there?! And this despite the fact that I've shopped and shopped and shopped to the point that I'm now thinking of giving myself an intervention... blush

OMG... HOW .. DO... you keep it all organized???  I used to be able to filter when stuff went on sale if it was on my WL... but now ya gotta pay for that feature and I refuse to do so... Lol... I'm still able to sort by low high so I can find good deals but the old filter was nice and I probably spent more because of it.  But any profit I would save would go towards a feature I have to pay for.. so no dice for me.  I guess i'll just mutter along... i spend waaaaay too much at Daz anyway... LOL.  Did I say that I've bought enough Daz in the last 10 years to buy a NEW Fancy Schmancy CAR????  eep.. don't tell hubby.... lol

With the 20% of my entire cart and today's sales stacking nearly all my wishlist is gone. Only 2 items left and those are just the latest DAZ+ items.

Oh WOW.. woo hoot... I'm still working on mine... problem is... I put sooo many Daz+ items in my cart for when we had that freebie event over the holidays that I've never gotten rid of them!  LOL
