Product Not Working...Miss Dee Anna J

So I bought Ms. Dee Anna J and the extra clothing textures for it, Perils... but the clothing is not loading at all in DAZ, and I cannot figure out why. Does anyone else with this product have a problem? Also, why can't we contact artists directly if we need help with their product?

I did install both zip files that came with it... Miss Dee Anna J and Miss Dee Anna J StudioCF, though I don't know what StudioCF is....

Oh, nevermind... I was looking in the DAZ folder instead of the Poser arranged folder. I don't know why it's not set up to load from the V4 - clothing - Miss Dee Anna J folder though... odd. But it works now.

They're still in the process of updating all of the older PC content to have full native DS versions, instead of Poser versions with just material presets in DS format.

Because DAZ is supposed to handle tech support, not them directly.
