in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

why can i not install it on other hard drives of mine without issues? every hard drive except my main one its all blocky and says these files dont exsisit when iknow they do because i installed them but hwne i install them on my soldstate hard drive  it works why is that is there anything i can do to help this?

    If you are seeing 'blocky' figures, it usually means that the 'data' folder for the figures cannot be found.   You should take note of the error message, it would help us.

    If the data folder cannot be found, it is usually because the Content Directory manager is not set up correctly.   Go to Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager and make sure that the correct path to your content lbrary is listed under BOTH DAZ Studio Formats AND Poser Formats.
