Tiler Shader for DAZ Studio -- not for Iray?

This seems like an incredibly useful shader, but I'm pretty sure it's 3Delight only. My question is two-fold. Is there any chance this will be ported to Iray someday soon? Or, failing that, and I do the work myself, is there any way to legally distribute it as a feebee, as it would necessarily include all the Iray Uber Base bricks (i.e. Import From Scene...)?
Is threre some way I should be scripting the connections and bricks I add and remove instead of using shader mixer?
Thanks
Edit: changed title to make it clear this is a question

I think the Iray uber shader alreay has this, click on the image in the chnnel you want to tile and in the pop-up choose the Image Editor option.
Well, that's cool. I've never actually explored that option. Thanks!
I guess my question about the license still stands, though. Let's say I want to add more layers to Iray Uber, or add a source of randomness to one of the inputs, or anything based off Iray Uber. Can I legally distribute the result of Save As->Support Asset->Shader Definition Asset... ?
And I haven't played with it, but the bump/displacement/others(?) are independently tileable...
I tested the above in Iray, and independantly tiled cutout opacity.
