What is HD,SD?

The props and scene has two different title HD, SD what does thid mean? Ican understand HD (high def) . But is SD standard def? If that is the case what could be Stabdard def concerning props and such?

You can always just load them and look at the wireframe to see if there is a difference. I would guess one version of for high end PCs and the other for low end PCs.

The difference is textures. It is same models but with 1k textures vs 4k.
