World Between Worlds

Is there anything that looks like the World Between Worlds from Ahsoka? Something like this.

It seems easy enough to make in Daz Studio if you have access to an image editor:

I would first find an Hdri of a night sky

I would create 3 primitive rectangles. In the image editor, background would be true black.  Draw geometric designs on a rectangle in your image processor with true black background and white for lines and curves. For the third rectangle, true black background with diffuse brush drawn cloud in white. 

Place one primitive in the scene as ground. Second and third primitives are placed vertically as backdrops. Load your textures on the primitives with image map, opacity map, and emission map (I would give the emission map a light blue tint instead of white). Load the Hdri map and add a touch of depth of field.  Adjust the intensity of your emission to your liking as well as a small amount of bloom.
