Why there are no animations in the gallery?

My main interest are not still renders but animations.
I'm using different softwares but very often also Daz Studio.
I find it very anoying that every time when I'm looking in the gallery
under the category "animation" for some films, I find just still renders categorised
as animations. Why they are doing this?
I think the fact that under the category animation are just stills has the effect, that
nearly no one is searching there for animations anymore.
I've posted recently some animations and got nearly no reactions.
I think I will give up posting my films in the daz gallery.

I too do animations hence a sparse gallery
I honestly never knew there was an animation category
Neither did I.
We can't even follow artists in the gallery and that's its most detrimental problem. There's usually more art appreciators than artists.
I don't search much here because a lot uploads are miscategorized and the front page seems to only want to promote popular or trending instead of new, but that's a problem everywhere else. Algorithms don't understand what I want and never will.
I guess, technically, there's not, there's a "Stills from animation" category.
Personally, I would love to see an animation gallery section, but only as long as the animations are done with DS. it would suck IMO, to see a cool animation and then find out it was done in external software that i would never have access to.
Aah, so, technically, I could fill that up with stuff like these:
This image has been resized to fit in the page. Click to enlarge.
This image has been resized to fit in the page. Click to enlarge.
And no-one would be able to see or search for themSuch a useful feature
A category "stills from animation" makes absolutely no sense and has nothing to do with the pictures in the gallery categorized as animations.
There are no animations behind these pictures, otherwise there would be a link to the animation.in the discription of the pictures.
I think some lazy fool started giving his still render a wrong categorization because he thought there are just few animations so my picture will be seen by more people.
Than other fools have done the same, because fools always like to follow other fools and in the end no one was looking no more into the animation category because it was full of still renders.
And I think that from the Daz3d side there is no interest having a well functional gallery which brings inspiration to a community of artists.
It's just a method of promoting the newest products for sale.
