HELP - Trouble with Daz + Membership

Last week I got a coupon code for Daz +, which was a blessing., UNFORTUNATELY, The coupon code didn't work!

I contacted Customer service, but am getting the WORST service I have EVER received at Daz.

I just asked for my code to be honored. It was a WEEK ago! I don't have a screenshot because it didn't occur to me, plus on my phone it's a nightmare to take one.

I usually just tell them what I had, they look it up, then that's that.

I haven't been able to make purchases because my membership had lapsed. So, Daz has LOST more money than the pennies they're trying to hold out on me.

Never had a problem with CS till now. Can a moderator or someone at Daz help?

The Daz+ page currently shows that they are offering annual for $49 (30% off). That might be what your coupon was for anyway (I don't know). 30% off is not historically a very good sale. We used to see 40% and even 50% at times during the annual Daz+ sale, but that hasn't happened this year. It seems like it is like the gift card sales, which are at much lower percent off than in the past. You might want to save yourself the frustration of dealing with the current state of customer service and just buy it while it is on sale. That is up to you. I don't know how long the current 30% off will last either.

I think OP may have been talking about the same orange banner I had last week for 40% off.  (I couldn't even try to use it since it expired before payday.)
