You might be able to pull that off with a d-former :)

Click the shirt in the Scene tab, then at the top on the main toolbar click "Create>New D-Former"

leave the name at deault for now.

On the scene tab, exapnd the shirt and you should see your new d-former.

D-Former_1_base is the little handle for it, so select it then move it someplace in the scene you can get ahold it.

D-Former_1_field is the field of effect your d-former will have.Look in the viewport and you should see your shirt is surrounded with a grid.
Red means drastic effect, yellow means very little effect.

Select D-Former_1_Field on the scene tab, then on the "Parameters" pane you need to move, and scale your D-former field to the location you want to pull.
Once you have the field in place, expand the D-Former_1_base to show the actual D-Former.It should be called D-Former_1.Select it, then on the parameters pane you can now pull the cloth of the shirt around to your liking.

There isn't really an easy way to do this, you just have to fiddle with the field location and the d-former until you get the result you like.
With a little practice you'll be able to make lot's of morphs for your clothes :)  and it will become much easier to do.
