The Crusher Armour has been obviously "inspired" by the armour of Warhammer 40000 Space Marines (although here I've enhanced it with the iconic backpack that was the main detail missing from it), and I've often thought that while Predatron's Troglodyte would be very usable as a WH40K Ork (admittedly, it's pretty old as a model and it's short a finger, but that's not too bad).
So I figured I'd have fun with that.

(I think I have however used the inflatables product before, albeit not quite as intended. Another part of the set ended up modified to be that kind of transparent inflatable furniture that was for some reason popular in the 90s)

It should pass the #Anythinggoes challenge, but it was done for the Freebie Challenge July-August 2024 - "Take a Break" contest, so not really done to with rendering my buys in mind

One warning: should you use 'Brandy Character Morph for Genesis 9', dialing in her proportion slider will disable Genesis 9 Joint Base Correctives (it also disable other elements set at 100% by default like Mouth Sticky Power and Eye Look Automatic).
I don't know why the PA set it like that, but I dialed Joint Base Correctives back to its default value. Eye Look Automatic too, but she has her eyes closed. I only saw the Mouth Sticky Power slider after posting the picture (I don't know what Mouth Sticky Power is supposed to do
).

How did you get the effect with the water plan ? From what I remember when I try a bit, the camera is either outside the water or inside it but I don't remember getting it just right like you did.

I just made two renders: one above the water line and one below and merged them together with GIMP.
In one shot would not be feasible simply because of DOF, even if you get the exact height and angle. It would be just a blur.

I also have a new render, done to show how an outfit looked on Genesis 8 after a manual conversion. More informations on the subject and all items from Daz are on my gallery, in 'Pommeling' autofit away. And it's for #DoAFastRenderToShowSomethingForSomeoneAndSpendAnHourTweakingSmallDetailsAnyway.
I think the character and the hairs are the first time I used them, same for the pose and the sword (bought elsewhere) and the expression, so I guess the #4New challenge works too
That is one great conversion there.
It's too bad no one found a way to do the same almost flawless conversion from and to Genesis 9, but the day I found the tutorial by Sickleyied, I felt like someone shared some secret knowledge (and it's especially nice when that knowledge is shared freely by someone that have the skills to monetize it).
Another renders for this challenge, but there is barely enough products to qualifty to any of the subchallenge, so I'm rendering my buys from previous months (the witch outfit from last July and the wizard island from I don't remember when) in 'A witch and her broom':
All products from this store I used are linked in the gallery and I'm using an upgraded version of the broom: there is no upgrade on the modeling front because I simply lack the skill to even do what was done by the original artist (Florel' who shared the broom on Sketchfab under a CC attribution licence) but I changed the things here and there and tried to convert the material for FilaToon (so, I clicked on the various shaders provided by Daz with Daz 4.23).
If someone's want to compared the broom in Iray and in FilaToon, I used it a couple of months ago in 'On her way to a town with an ocean view'.
