Am needing A runway that would be lit up by Iray lights along the sides. Any suggestions? Is there a way I could add some manually?

You could apply an emissive shader to some sphere or cylinder promitives, depending on how you want our lights to look, and use a stretched cube for the runway itself.
Disclaimer I don't own it but there is this

Model runway? Could be thought of in two ways.
@Toobis, could you guide us in which meaning of runway you want? It does rather alter the suggestions.

Richard

I hadn't thought of the aircraft one.. This from someone who worked in the aircraft industry for a number of years.
For an alternative shape clothing runway If anyone wants I could work a bit more on the catwalk here: https://www.renderosity.com/gallery/items/2889194/for-the-planets-sake-carbon-couture-must-stop and make it into a less specific freebie.

Richard.
I mean just any lights I can use for a model runway like strips of lights type of thing.
I don't have it (it's on my wishlist), but maybe this would work if you scaled them up?
dForce Strings and String Lights
You can place ordinary lights along the runway.
Or you can create a long mesh strips, either connected or with a distance, which you turn emissive in the surface settings.
The Monto Varchi Convention Center over at Rendo has a very nice runway, but it might be a little more than what you're looking for.
