If I wanted to have a men's kilt that flips up in the back from the wind how would I start?   

Do I purchase one of the Kilts offered here and modify it or what?    Thanks

    This is Dynamic for DAZ Studio, and if you have the full Dynamic Clothing Control plugin, there is a wind factor on that as well.   Dynamic can be set to collide with other items, so you could even have something at the back that the kilt will drape on, and make it invisible in render.

    You could also buy a non-dynamic item, and make a morph for it your self in a modelling program like Hexagon or Blender.   There may be some of them that have morphs that you may be able to use as is.
