It used to work on daz, but I tried it today and yesterday to buy a gift card and it didnt
1. in your cart click the purple button "proceed to billing info"
2. select the payment method "amazon pay"
3. click the yellow button "amazon pay >>"
4. a small window pops up asking to proceed with your amazon account. Click that button
5. That small window disappears and nothing happens
I tried both firefox and an old microsoft edge

does it ask you to reinput your address?
no
Can you try inputting your address to see if that takes care of the matter?
I re-inputed my delivery address into daz but that didnt help
The amazon small window says
Daz 3D
To check out using your Amazon account info, click Continue. Daz 3D has agreed to use your information in accordance with its privacy
then a yellow button "continue as <my name>"
It also allows you to switch accounts
If i click the yellow button the window disappears, but there is no change to the daz form. Should it have gone to another amazon window after that or straight back to daz ?
if I click switch accounts it allows me log in to amazon, the log in window appears, and I fill it in , again no change to daz

As far as I remember last time that it worked, in daz after the amazon stage, there would be a list of cards from amazon for me to select showing the last 4 digits. That list never appears
does it matter that my name in amazon has mister "MR" in front of it but in Daz it doesnt ?

Hasn't been working for me for at least a couple of weeks now.
Under payment method, I hit amazon pay, then I sign in with amazon, then it comes back to the DAZ window, I hit the yellow amazon pay box and nothing happens. When it comes back to the DAZ windonw after signing in with amazon, there used to be a box appearing at the top that I use to select my payment method at amazon, but now, that box never appears, and hitting the yellow amazon pay button does not react at all.
I've been using the amazon pay method a lot, suddenly it just stopped reacting or working at all. Button completely dead.
I use Firefox on Ubuntu for purchases. I use a private window in Firefox (latest updated version), and that method has worked flawlessly for a long long time at Daz.
Same here. Today is the third time for me, so I created a ticket.
Is there any update on this?
This is still very annoying for me, and has kept me from spending more than I have. I know I'm not the only one.
Same here; you're not the only one. I do have a ticket pending and truly hope they are close to finding a working solution.
There was an issues with default addresses not being correctly set, have you tried reentering your addresses?
Yes, Daz reached out to me and I followed their directions precisely, correcting my addresses. Sadly, I still could not get Amazon to work for me.
Today I replied to their message regarding the same problem, along with some screen caps, and now I'm waiting to hear back.
My account shows the correct default billing address. Changed firefox to be as permissive as possible to daz3d.com. Amazon choice works at other sites. It's Daz's problem. Does not work, exact same symptoms as I quoted above. Whoever monkeyed with payment system in the last few weeks is where to start looking. :)
