Michael 7 Pro Bundle_Missing Files Messages

Bought the Michael 7 Pro Bundle today, along with Head Morphs and Body Morphs. Started D|S 4.8. Went to Genesis 3 Male. (Didn't buy any of the Genesis 3 Females, if that makes a difference.) Clicked on Characters. Three appeared. Clicked on Michael 7. Got a Message about Missing Files. (Please see the first screen shot I uploaded.) I clicked OK. The figure that loaded looks like a robot. I also tried the character Aiden, and then the character Dash. The same thing happened each time. What should I do? Will re-downloading help?

Did you download and install 'Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials'?
G3M is the base figure for Michael 7 and has to be installed first.
You need to install Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials, as M7 is a shape for G3M. It should have been added to your product library.

It's now in the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials, so you will need to install the updated version. It also has an update for V4 as well I believe.
I searched for "Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials." Got the message that "We found no results for 'Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials' but you may find the following results relevant" and there was a reference to the Michael 7 Pro Bundle. Nope, the Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials was not added to the product library.
When I try to download and install again, it shows (in the DIM, latest version) the files as already installed. I have to uninsall them. There is no "Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials" in there. Then, when I click to download the files show up in "Ready to Install." I guess they are on my hard drive. I don't think anything is re-downloaded. When I install again, the same thing happens. I get the missing files messages and the robot figure shows up. Help!
@Chohole: I have DAZStudio4.8 Pro. I still don't know how to get those Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials files.
If you click the little triangle to the right of the entry in the Installed tab in DIM and select Show Installed Files, what does it give as the location?
It shows what I believe is the correct location: "/useres/shared/My DAZ 3D Library". I always check the location before I download new products.
I checked all of the files and products downloaded today. They all show the same location. This has not happened to me before, by the way. Also, I'm on a Macintosh, if you think that makes a difference. But the Mac files for these products should be the same as the Windows files, at least I think so. I know the DAZ|Studio app and the DIM app must be different.
I meant the product library section in "my account", not the store.

Those appear to be the G3M Body Morphs, not the base Genesis 3 Male Starter Essentials, part of the DAZ Studio 4 pro bundle.
OK, I filed a bug report, and got help with this. Michael 7 is loading now. Thank all of you who helped. I'm grateful for the support.
Yeah. I've had this isse with a number of products. Install Manager is very good, but not perfect. Tech Support is amazingly helpful with these issues. Never experienced any software company that works as hard as the Daz3D support guys do.
I had this same problem. I fixed it by manually downloading the Genesis 3 product, unzipping it, and dragging and dropping the files into my Daz folder.
Hi, Angela: I tried this, too. I didn't even have the Genesis 3 product in my order. Just M7 and the rest of the Pro Bundle. I tried manually downloading that, but the needed files weren't in there. Well, I got help anyway. That's what counts.
You were looking in the wrong place; you can't "order" G3M or any of the other Starter Essentials, they're automatically yours when you "buy" D|S4. And G3M isn't related to M7, it's the other way round. G3M is part of the D|S4 product itself — scroll down on the D|S4 Product Library page and click on the link for the Starter Essentials to see all the different downloads.
Yes, I know. I was trying to say that the Geneis 3 product did not appear on my Product Library page until after I contacted the file bug report people and filed a report. I figured there wasn't anything in the M7 bundle, but thought I'd try that anyway, just in case. Guess I didn't explain myself very well. I do have the Genesis 3 files now.
