Man I just touch one thing and bam lost every thing - I think

Hi every one need help again , dont even know what to look up or what i actually done now, but boy i know how

to really make a mess, but some how i found the content by by getting into content libary and found all folders

soo i searched threw all folder to find stuff i needed, by putting onto content libary and pressed all files

but now i carnt even find those folder files any more, and it wont come up all the folder from the daz studio 

my libary , i tried everything i know to do but for life of me, all that comes up is
