How to apply anatomical elements

Newbie here, so I offer my immediate apologies for my ignorance.

I've purchased https://www.daz3d.com/hid-nancy-for-genesis-9 which I believe includes both female and male anatomical elements of the trouser area. I say I believe they are included as when I try to apply said items, nothing happens. I must be doing something wrong, so if anyone can offer a simple step-by-step to ease my frustrations I will forever be in your debt.

The characterincludes materails for the Anatomical Elements, as it contaisn amterials for the base figure. The models themselves are in https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-9-starter-essentials-expansion

One thing to keep in mind, not every PA includes textures for the anatomical elements, so it's best to check the description to see what is incluided before purchasing if you need those textures

Do the texutres have a specific name?

In the description/What's Included area, look for the Materials Options section and then usually "Anatomical Elements"
