Daz+ Questions

I'm trying to decide about Daz+ and can't find much information about it. I understand there's a discount granted automatically for Daz Originals but I don't understand the discount for things marked Daz+. There once was a PC Club that gave access to products for $1.99. Is that the same thing? And about that "off the top" discount for DO's - Is it stackable with other discounts like the current punch discount? What about items that are not DO's - Are there any discounts granted for those things? Thanks.

Daz + is PC+ which is a modified form of PC. Items prices have gone up somewhat, but you still get 30% off Daz originals (stacking, escet for things like Fast grab and special prices like the x.99 + items) - sometimes the percentage gets a bump, as the current 50% off, and sometimes there are other discounts on PA or other items but that is not the default. You also get two coupons per month - one for $6 off Daz otiginals, except + items, which stacks and doesn't exclude new items and the other for $6 off an order with a cart value of $18+, which does include PA and + items but not new items.

  • If you buy a lot, it will pay for itself and then some!

I remember I loved the PC+ back in the day. Thanks for the confirmation. smiley

I agree. Even at full price DAZ+ more than pays for itself. However, if you are considering joining you might want to wait and watch for a sale on memberships. Sometimes the annual membership will be 30% to 50% or once in awhile  even more off. I have paid as little as $21 and also as much as $42 for an annual membership.

...I let mine expire given that my purchases have been on the decline since the introduction of Genesis 8.1 and now Genesis 9.  I no longer afford to adopt yet another new generation on my dwindling budget.  Besides the daily New Releases (which are used as keys to unlock sale discounts and special deals), I've been noticing more G9 products ending up in Daz Originals, in Daz+, and even Freebies (for example the PA Holiday Freebies). Furthermore both Daz+ sales  which used to be my favourite sale events) seemed at best, mediocre this past year compared to previous ones (particularly with the price increases for such offers as the Daz+ For A Day and BYOB, as well as now on legacy Daz+ items.

Admittedly over the years I definitely got more than an annual membership's price worth (and then some on occasion), However, having to be more and more frugal these days, I feel the discounts and coupons no longer go as far as they used to as I only find myself buying a single item or two now and then. Hence it was finally time to pull the signal cord and get off.
